This policy explains how Athlogram Limited collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile, website and wearable services.
Information we collect
Athlogram may collect account and profile details; workouts, routes, location, nutrition, hydration and fasting data; posts, photos, comments and messages; coach relationships; subscription status; and device diagnostics needed to operate the service.
Location, photos and wearable data
With your permission, precise location records routes, distance and pace during active workouts, including background workouts. Photos you choose may be uploaded for posts, profiles or meal analysis. Wearable apps exchange authentication and workout data with the companion phone app.
How we use information
We use information to provide and synchronize Athlogram, calculate activity summaries, analyze submitted meals, connect athletes and coaches, deliver messages and notifications, process subscriptions, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse.
How information is shared
Information may be visible to other users according to your privacy choices. Authorized coaches may view information available through an active coach relationship. Service providers process information only to provide hosting, email, notifications, meal analysis, purchases and technical operations.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legal, dispute-resolution and security purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of personal information. Athlogram includes controls for profile privacy, notifications, permissions and account deletion.
Children and international processing
Athlogram is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required locally. Information may be processed in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law.
