Terms of Service

Welcome to Athlogram. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Athlogram, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

Athlogram maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all users. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Posting or sharing sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Sharing content that depicts or promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Posting graphic violence, gore, or disturbing content
• Impersonation of other users, public figures, or entities
• Spam, scams, phishing attempts, or misleading content
• Sharing private information about others without consent (doxxing)
• Content promoting illegal activities or substance abuse
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass our safety features

Any violation of these policies will be taken seriously. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users without prior warning for severe violations.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Athlogram in a manner that is respectful, lawful, and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you create, upload, or share through our service. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated systems (bots) without authorization

4. Content Moderation and Reporting

We actively moderate content and rely on our community to report violations. If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting features.

We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action. False or malicious reports may result in consequences for the reporter.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Athlogram, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Athlogram. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Athlogram is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athlogram and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Subscriptions

Optional premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
